Track The Fugitive

Live OSINT Fugitive Hunt

Tracking the world's most wanted criminals. Collect open source intelligence, analyze digital footprints, geolocate targets, and grind the leaderboard!

Geolocation ops

Analyze target photography, shadow orientation, complex metadata, and open-source imagery. Pivot through gaming platforms exposing active regional servers or country markers to pinpoint exact geographical coordinates.

Digital Footprints

Sift through breached leaks, archived profiles, real-time social media streams, hidden forum comments, uploaded videos, and contextual photos to reconstruct robust shadow profiles and isolate active leads.

Real-time Intel

Submit actionable findings directly. All intelligence submissions are reviewed manually by operators, and points are accorded dynamically based on the category and importance of the data.

Side Quests

Deploy your skills on diverse, multi-disciplinary challenges. Cross-reference mixed data categories, break secondary anomalies, and complete these special operations to secure crucial bonus points.

Rules of Engagement

The live hunt interacts with operational frameworks and actual profiles. Maintaining strict operational ethics is mandatory. Any breach of these boundaries will result in an immediate operational freeze and permanent account termination.

  • Zero Target Interaction: Under no circumstances should you engage, contact, or alert the suspect, their relatives, or associated circles. This includes following, messaging, liking, or triggering any direct notifications on social platforms. Your threat footprint must remain entirely passive.
  • Intelligence OPSEC: All data, breadcrumbs, and intelligence gathered through this infrastructure must remain confidential. Sharing ongoing leads, methodologies, or captured assets with anyone outside the active live hunt environment is strictly prohibited. For security reasons, operatives must utilize strictly isolated Virtual Machines (VMs), operational sock puppet profiles, and secure routing (VPNs/Tor) when conducting external research to preserve absolute threat footprint isolation.
  • External Interventions Prohibited: Do not approach public law enforcement agencies or journalism platforms regarding your findings. Once the deployment ends, the oversight committee will centralize and securely forward all authenticated intelligence packages to the relevant official jurisdictions.
  • Infrastructure Integrity: Exploiting other active operatives, intercepting traffic, or launching adversarial attacks against our platform infrastructure or CTFd dependencies will trigger automatic disqualification.
  • Redundant Data: Submitting static indicators that are already extensively documented in active media reporting, popular notice bulletins, or official police press releases yields zero points. Intel must expand upon known baselines, not duplicate them.

Investigation Flow & Requirements

In modern intelligence ops, data without context is useless. To maintain an operational standard and prevent false leads, every submission into our framework must be rigorous.

  • Verifiable Links: You must supply absolute URLs or explicit paths to the primary sources where the data was located. Archived links are highly encouraged.
  • The Investigation Flow: Detail your analytical steps clearly. Explain your pivot points, the logic used to jump from target A to target B, and how you cleared false positives.
  • Corroboration: Single-source intel is prone to failure. Whenever possible, tie multiple independent findings together to substantiate your final deduction.

Intel Rewards Matrix

Points are manually scaled and distributed by platform administrators according to the complexity, rarity, and strategic value of the captured asset category.
